These terms cover this website and the design work you order from Manjunath Designs. By ordering from us you agree to them.

Orders and prices

• We agree the design, size and price with you before we start. Prices on this site, if any, are a guide only.
• For custom designs we may ask for an advance, which is adjusted against the final bill.
• Delivery dates are our best estimate; we’ll tell you if a design will take longer.

Your artwork and photos

When you give us a photo, sketch or logo, you confirm you have the right to use it. We use it only to make your design. We don’t sell or reuse a design made from your own artwork for other customers without your permission.

Changes and cancellations

Small changes before stitching are free. Larger changes or a cancelled order after work has started may be charged for the work done. [CONFIRM POLICY]

Payment and credit

We accept cash, UPI and card. Regular customers may buy on credit by agreement; dues are shown on monthly statements and are payable as agreed.

We keep the information on this site accurate but it may change without notice. Photos show examples of our work; colours on screen can differ from thread colours.
